Accessibility At Creatio we believe that making our site accessible to all users is important.

To do this we believe it needs to be easy to use - good usability will help all users - and compliant with the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) guidelines. We have attempted to make all pages on the site compliant with at least priority two ('AA' accessibility).

Should you have difficulty accessing information on any of our pages, please email info@creatio.org.uk giving the urls of the pages concerned and outlining your requirements and we will endeavor to supply the information to you in another form.

Text size

Most internet browsers include a feature that gives you the ability to change the size of the text on the screen. Our site has been designed to work with these features.

You can often change the text size by holding Ctrl on your keyboard and rolling the wheel on your mouse. For other methods visit the sites linked below.

Downloading PDF documents

From time to time you may find documents on this website in Adobe PDF format that you'll be able to download.

Adobe Reader software allows users to enlarge the document they are viewing to make the text easier to read for those people with visual impairments.

You can use an external screen reader on PDF documents or use their own "Read Out Loud" option.

Adobe also has a tool that people can use to convert PDF into other formats such as HTML or ASCII to meet accessibility requirements.

Text alternatives to graphics and links

All images and links on the site are backed up by "alt tags" to allow browsers to read a text description of the graphics or links.

Therefore, browsers that do not support images, and specialist browsers for the blind, can read out the alt tags and let the visitor know what is displayed.

Some browsers will read the alt tags when the mouse is moved over them.
