We are recruiting for a new post to play a leading role in taking forward our new partnership with Cirrus and supporting clients using the exam solution.
We are looking for someone who has experience and a good understanding of modern exams management systems, ideally experience of the Cirrus Assessment solution but that isn’t essential. The role will lead on demonstrating the solution to potential clients, as well as providing training and support and be responsible for the implementation for all new clients. With exam only clients the role will also involve the Account Manager responsibilities.
The successful candidate will work directly with our Managing Director in a new business and strategic development function on all aspects, from marketing and promotion, lead generation, on-boarding, training, implementation and the on-going account management of specific clients. They will also be the day-to-day lead and contact with the team at Cirrus and will continually evolve our partnership.
Due to the diversity of the tasks involved, then no two days will be the same! The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of areas across the business and our creatiogreen solution and service, as well as with a range of our amazing clients who span different types of organisations and sectors. So, you must be proactive, organised, customer focussed and have a track record of delivery.
This is a full-time permanent position – office based in Twickenham – with meetings at clients offices.
