creatiogreen is the name of our powerful and flexible Software as a Service (SaaS) solution designed for organisations who develop, deliver and award qualification products across various industries. Providing a single solution capable of supporting numerous business processes, with three different configurable entry points for your staff, customers and learners and a variety of set features.

Each client is empowered to configure the system URL, brand and scope to suit their needs. For example, deciding to deploy some or all of the available six modules:

Each module comes pre-loaded with templates, field and label settings aligned to reflect typical education workflows and regulatory requirements to help speed up your configuration, with the ability to configure these along with other features of the solution to align with your arrangements by using our powerful and intuitive configuration tool.

Regardless of your configuration, creatiogreen will work on any internet enabled device and does not require you, your staff or customers to download, install or maintain any software. It is fully hosted and managed by us, meaning you don't have to worry about the infrastructure, upgrades and scalability and you benefit from the arrangements we have in place across our amazing customer base.

You simply decide the scope in terms of modules and the features you wish to deploy.

Product Development

The Product Development module transforms how you develop, launch, review, and withdraw various qualification products.

It strengthens your internal control, transparency, and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, supporting virtually any qualification type, assessment, and grading model.

Data entered in this module underpins other modules and processes and can be integrated with external systems such as your company website or exam platforms. It also supports the production of delivery materials, allowing you to enter data once and use it across different activities, reducing data duplication, burden, and the risk of errors.

Customer Management

The Customer Management module streamlines and enhances customer interactions, including approval applications, quality assurance, investigations, sampling activities, enquiries, requests, complaints, and appeals.

It supports risk rating, action assignment, customer sanctions, and the management of your quality assurance staff. Additionally, it transforms how you provide information and updates to customers.

This module is proven to reduce turnaround times, strengthen quality assurance and delivery arrangements, and offers a clear and intuitive CRM profile for each customer and activity.

Register, Assess & Award

The Register, Assess & Award module supports your end-to-end learner registration, assessment delivery, and certification processes, allowing you to enforce and apply different delivery and awarding rules for various product types.

Its seamless integration with the Customer Management module will transform the way you sample and moderate assessment decisions.

Whilst its integration with the grading and awarding features in the Product Development module will enable you to automate, where relevant, the awarding and certification activities. Therefore, significantly streamlining processes for staff and customers, saving valuable time and money.

Governance

The Governance module will transform and strengthen your governance arrangements, covering risk management, incident management, self-assessments, and compliance with regulatory requirements such as the General Conditions, SQA Regulatory Principles, and external certification schemes like ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus.

The module truly streamlines and enhances governance processes and integrates with the Product Development, Customer Management and EPAO modules, seamlessly bringing operational and governance information together.

End-Point Assessment

The End-Point Assessment module underpins all end-point assessment organisation (EPAO) activities, from setting up different apprenticeship standards and associated delivery, gateway, EPA requests, and assessor allocation arrangements, to establishing associated assessment and awarding rules.

It also helps demonstrate compliance with each associated EPA General Conditions and includes a wide range of regulatory aligned reports and features.

This module seamlessly integrates with other creatiogreen modules, providing a single-entry point for your customers and staff across your entire product range - eliminating the need to implement and pay for multiple systems and integrations.

Learner Portal

The Learner Portal enables direct engagement with learners, whether they are registered via your customers or create their own accounts direct from your website.

It enables learners to view resources, available products, membership programmes and associated information, register for qualifications and exams - making direct payments if required.

Learners can manage their learning journeys, engage directly with your organisation, access their results and certificates. They can even share their achievements with external parties if they choose.
