The Governance Module will help enhance your internal governance arrangements and approach to evidencing compliance with any external set of accreditation or regulatory requirements such as the General Conditions of Recognition or ISO requirements.
Effortlessly bringing together information from a range of records and logs into one place, it really does make demonstrating internal control, governance, reviews and audits and compliance so much easier. This is not a sales pitch as we use it ourselves to underpin and demonstrate our arrangements and compliance with IS0 23001, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus requirements! Our various external auditors constantly comment about how comprehensive it is, how it clearly shows evidence of our arrangements and compliance culture or how it truly shows we have considered each requirement and embedded suitable controls.

On average we deploy approximately 25 pre-loaded logs to reflect the needs of our clients. Examples include:

Configurable access settings
When configuring the log you set-up User access rules for each log and the permission settings within these for different Users to strengthen and reflect your internal controls.

In addition to receiving various email alerts of assigned tasks and pending deadlines, when Users login they automatically see details of all assigned tasks across the various logs and their associated review and/or deadline dates.
Cross-link records
Create a holistic picture and remove data duplication by effortlessly linking activities and records within and across logs - even linking records such as incident reports or regulatory related notifications to centre or qualification profiles to help ensure staff and management have access to pertinent information to inform activities and decisions.
For example, you can link regulatory or ISO requirements and internal audit findings to associated procedures, risks, issues, incidents, regulatory reports, or updates.
Search across logs
In addition to a range of search options per log, there is a powerful search feature that scans every record across all logs, bringing together relevant data quickly.
interactive dashboards & reporting grids
Live interactive dashboards, including trend dashboards showing if areas such as risks have improved or worsened, can be used interactively in your various internal management, board and committee meetings.
The charts reflect your metrics and overall ratings, such as risk impact and likelihood and how they combine to automatically give an overall risk rating. Thereby reducing manual errors and inconsistent settings.
clear Audit Trails
Throughout the module the system automatically records all changes to provide you with a complete audit history per record showing their evolution over time.
This removes the need for staff to manually save different versions of your logs and empowers them to open up previous versions of the records if required.

This audit approach means in addition to seeing the status of records overtime you can also go back in time to see what a log looked like before X event occurred.
