The module allows customers to input learner registration data onto Booking forms, which support the end-to-end registration, assessment, and awarding journey for learners.

You can have different Booking forms for different product types, configured to support and enforce various registration and awarding models.

Five ways to register learners

We empower customers to register learners using their preferred method by offering five different registration options, including intuitive online options, batch imports, and our REST-based API.

Regardless of the method chosen, the module performs various checks to ensure compliance with your rules.

These checks include preventing customers from registering learners for products they are not approved to offer, identifying potential duplicate learners, and enforcing any bespoke rules configured into the registration process for each product type.

In addition, you can configure rules to enable the automatic registration of learners on correctly completed bookings once the customer presses 'submit - eliminating the need for staff to manually check or accept the registrations.

Book paper-based & online exams

The system supports the booking of both in-person and online proctored exams, as well as paper exams and resits, all within the same booking form. This means your customers do not need to navigate multiple systems.  

They can even create a single exam booking and pull in learners from different cohorts as opposed to doing them cohort by cohort.

Customers can request reasonable adjustments and the details are sent to the exam platform, which confirms the booking and returns the necessary confirmation codes for the customer and learner to undertake the exam on the agreed date.

Once learners have completed the exams and the results are released back to creatiogreen, the system automatically generates the grade/result for the component and/or product in line with the product’s awarding rules.

RESULTS AND CERTIFiCATES

The module supports the production of both paper certificates and e-certificates for free.

E-certificates and result transcripts can be downloaded by customers or emailed directly to learners. Learners can also download them via the Learner Portal.

Also included is a free public certification checker with various security features, allowing external parties to validate an individual’s achievement claim.

Each learner's profile shows the entire history of the learner's journey and includes auditable options to reprint, revoke, or replace certificates, ensuring thorough record-keeping and flexibility.

Assessment evidence and sampling

Learner evidence and assessments can be attached in the Booking forms for your staff to sample and moderate in line with your arrangements; along with several features that are available via the Customer Management module to sign-off or amend the customer's assessment decisions.  

The final outcomes then automatically ripples back into the learner's profile and booking form without the need for staff to duplicate work.

Other workflows

In addition to supporting core activities like registration, assessment, and certification, the module also handles other workflow processes such as learner:

• Appeals
• Requests for reasonable adjustments and special considerations
• Requests for recognition of prior learning.

It can even manage investigations into possible learner malpractice.

All such activities are automatically linked to the relevant learner profile, providing a comprehensive view of each learner's activities at any time

reporting and dahsboards 

A range of easy-to-use search and reporting tools and interactive dashboards are available.

Customers can track the progress of their learners and cohorts and use various tools to search and extract data, eliminating the need to contact your staff for updates or data.

The module includes regulatory-aligned reports, allowing you to simply press download to automatically generate data returns for review and submission.
