Greetings everyone! It's the Creatio team here with all the latest and greatest updates from us. So grab a tea, relax, and let's dive right in!
First up, we've been showing the Learner Portal to some of our clients and the feedback has been absolutely amazing! Not only does it look slick and stylish, but they agree it’s got the potential to revolutionise the way some do business. One client was so enthused that they're already thinking about creating a whole new range of products to complement their existing offerings. Another could see how the Portal could help them keep their customers engaged and coming back for more. And with real-time payments through Stripe, clients could see how the associated features can be applied to centres to help them reduce the risk of debt.
The possibilities are endless with the Portal and we’ll be telling you more over the coming weeks as well as showing it to people at FAB’s Apprenticeship event in May.
But that's not all, we've also rolled out a new Registration Booking Form dashboard that lets clients effortlessly see and manage bookings at each stage of their processes.
And if that's not enough, we've done some nifty work on the learner's achievement screen to make for a better user experience, implemented some new tech and security updates and agreed with clients at our EPAO workshop some changes we will make to make their reporting to the regulators even easier.
Oh, and don't forget our first annual survey! We're thrilled with the response so far, and we're always looking for more feedback before the deadlines ends.
Finally, this week we had an awesome all-staff meeting where we caught up, talked about the next phase of the Portal, and had an absolute blast!
Speaking of great times, we also enjoyed watching the Spurs against Brighton with our partners Tom and Gavin from FAB and FE News. It was a fun day with them both and Spurs even managed to win!
