A truly packed third newsletter is out now!

The latest edition of our monthly newsletter is now available, packed with a host of exciting updates! 

First up we announced the arrival of our first annual client survey along with plans to transform various aspects of the system, inviting views and ideas from clients to help inform these plans. 

In addition to the survey, we’re asking clients to offer their views on other remote meeting platforms they want us to integrate into creatiogreen, alongside the new addition of Zoom. 

We also are inviting clients to join us for a workshop to discuss the new Ofqual reporting requirements and where and how these will be supported for free in creatiogreen.  The newsletter also details the range of other regulatory reports which have recently been updated in creatiogreen, at no cost, following regulatory updates.

We also announced the outcome of a recent client consultation on changing a feature typically associated with Direct Claim Status following changes in practices following the implementation of the CASS requirements.

The views of our clients are really important to us as we continue to develop and improve creatiogreen, which is why we place great value in these client consultations to help us continuously provide a service that meets the evolving requirements of our client base.

We also provide an outline of our revolutionary new Learner Portal, which has been integrated into the wider creatiogreen solution. The Learner Portal boasts a stunning and user-friendly interface that delivers a fresh and engaging experience for learners and a wide range of transformative benefits to clients and their customers as well as leading to further exciting changes in creatiogreen with the extensions we have in the pipeline making it a true game-changing tool.  

No newsletter would be complete without detailing newly released features. This month we profiled some features aimed at enforcing clients rules around what constitutes duplicate learners and if and where centres can amend learner details post registration - all with the usual flexibility built in to support the different Use Cases across our wonderful client base.

But that’s not all. We also passed our ISO 27001 Re-accreditation Audit, launched a new logo to celebrate our 15th year and published the next interview in our series Meet The Team, this time with our Managing Director, the Star Wars loving, Pool hustling, and long term suffering Spurs fan,  Alan.
